Reservations will be available in 6 time slots per hour, with maximum of 3 guests per 10 minute time slot.
You cannot change, cancel or receive a refund once you have booked your time slot. No refunds under any circumstances
The cost is $10 per person to book your reservation. This cost does not go towards your final purchase. This payment will go to the gratuity of your hard working jewelry staff designers.
Each guest will be allotted 30 minutes to shop. In order to accommodate the reservations after yours, we kindly ask that you make your decisions quickly.
This event is credit card ONLY.
Please arrive on time. There may still be a wait of up to 30 minutes after your appointment for you to be seen. Wait time for jewelry will be approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours for completion. – Please be patient with us as we navigate this new and experimental way we provide our services.
We recommend to sign up for an account on our website. This will allow for you to check out faster and have a better shot of getting a reservation.
Most of the materials we use are COSTUME JEWELRY QUALITY. This means it ALL has the potential to tarnish over time, immediately, or never. It depends on the PH levels in your skin, which changes daily. Other outside factors can affect the metal such as liquids, lotions, perspiration, humidity and storage. We will have limited sterling and gold fill chain options on site.
